The Story Behind Exclusively Travel
Exclusively Travel was born from my lifelong love of Greece and over forty years in the travel industry. I first landed in Corfu in 1986, and the years that followed took me across Greece in the summer and to the Alps in the winter — managing resorts, leading overseas teams and training travel professionals worldwide. Those experiences shaped the foundations of what we do today.
Everything changed in 1990, the moment I rounded that famous Lindos ‘ooh aah’ corner and saw the white‑washed village glowing beneath the acropolis. That view became the heartbeat of everything that followed.
After leaving Lindos in ’94, life took me to Corfu, Cyprus and into the Ski and Lakes & Mountains world. I travelled, worked, moved, grew — but Greece never stopped tugging at my heart. Then in 2007, a random click on a real‑estate listing for a villa at Glystra Beach quietly set the next chapter in motion.
Returning to Rhodes in 2008 felt less like starting over and more like stepping back into a story I’d paused. Local owners welcomed me back with open arms, eager to revive the “glory years” of the 90s — when Lindos buzzed, Greek specialists thrived and every room and rooftop was full. There was a real hunger to bring back that original spirit: genuine hospitality, personal service and care that comes straight from the heart.
What began as me helping local owners rent out their rooms grew into Exclusively Lindos in 2009 — built on trust, relationships and a deep love of the island. Over the years, we’ve become known for our handpicked villas, traditional houses, boutique hotels and tailor‑made holidays, all backed by Travel Trust Association and ATOL protection and strengthened by long‑standing local partnerships.
Today, Exclusively Travel brings it all together: my experience, our team’s knowledge, our local relationships and a passion for Rhodes that never fades. Four decades in travel — from ski slopes to island life and travel company owner — have shaped how I create exceptional holidays with genuine care. I lead our team with the same warmth, and love organising sailing trips, wine‑tasting, meze lunches and rooftop dinner delights so we can experience Rhodes the way our guests do.

From Lindos rep to UK‑based sales and operations manager, Michelle brings hands‑on expertise and thoughtful care to every holiday. She keeps every pre‑travel arrangement in order and our resort team supported and looked after as their ‘office mum’. Born and raised in Lindos, Eleni brings a calm, analytical approach to every part of her role, managing bookings, accounts, admin and social media with genuine care and thoughtful attention to detail — all while making sure the team is never short of coffee (and wine).

Hope Christie
Hope returns for a second season in Lindos as our resort rep and village ambassador. She’s swapped Aberdeenshire — land of 260 castles — for Rhodes’ own crowning glory, the Lindos Acropolis. Calm, kind and endlessly positive, she’s a joy to our team and to the village she calls her summer home. You’ll spot her instantly, greeting you with a sun‑bright smile before guiding you through the winding streets to your holiday home.

Millie Ferrara
Millie brings a blend of calm professionalism and caffeine fuelled energy to the Resort Team. After leaving a successful career as an NHS physiotherapist, she is enjoying her first summer season in Rhodes. She channels her people‑focused background, natural warmth and marathon‑ready drive into supporting our guests across our hotels and villas — ensuring they feel listened to, looked after and completely at ease from the moment they arrive.

Bobby
Bobby is our beloved office mascot — an adoring brown ball of fluff with a talent for winning hearts. He’s visited every property in Lindos (usually in search of snacks or attention) and loves nothing more than a trip to the beach. When he’s not exploring, you’ll find him flirting shamelessly with the office girls and keeping team morale sky‑high.
