Thea 1 occupies the highest level of the house and enjoys the most impressive outlook from its two private balconies. It has two spacious bedrooms: a master double with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bath/shower room, and a second bedroom with traditional Lindian platform beds and its own shaded terrace. A second bathroom with walk‑in shower is accessed from the lounge. The open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area includes two sofa beds, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep up to six. The main terrace is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation, complete with sunbeds and a BBQ.

Thea 2 — Sea‑View Terrace and Junior‑Suite Layout

Thea 2 features a double bedroom with sea views and a second bedroom designed in a junior‑suite style, with two single beds, a sofa and direct access to the large sea‑view terrace. A separate kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower complete the interior. Outside, the terrace offers uninterrupted views across the bay, with shaded seating, an outdoor sink, BBQ and sunbeds — a wonderful space to enjoy the scenery.

Thea 3 — Traditional Lindian Character

Thea 3 combines traditional Lindian style with comfortable living. One bedroom features a raised Lindian platform double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds and its own ensuite bath/shower room. A second bathroom sits beside the double room. The separate kitchen with dining area leads into a cosy lounge, and all rooms open onto the courtyard, which is partly shaded and furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Thea Suite — One‑Bedroom with Garden Terrace

Thea Suite is a spacious one‑bedroom retreat with a large Lindian platform double bed, a sofa area, dining table and dressing table. It enjoys beautiful sea views from the window and Juliet‑style balcony. A separate kitchen provides space for preparing light meals, and the bathroom includes a shower and WC. The suite also benefits from its own private garden terrace, accessed externally, furnished for peaceful outdoor moments.
